About this apartment rental
The Vista Mare apartment is a holiday accommodation for 4 people located in Montignoso, more precisely in the town of Cerreto, and enjoys a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the Versilia coast.
The location makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday because in an area with no traffic and with wonderful views, and on the other side only 8.5 km from the sea which can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
In the vicinity there are many paths and wooded areas where you can walk and admire the view.
Within walking distance there is also a grocery store and bar for basic needs.
Once you arrive at the holiday home, where you can park in your private parking space, you will be welcomed by the family of owners who live on the ground floor and who will show you the house with great joy and obviously will be at your disposal during your stay.
Going up to the apartment, you will immediately realize the beautiful terrace, on two sides, which almost makes you dive into the sea.

Kitchen - living room: American coffee machine, dining table (people: 6), dishwasher, exit to the balcony, fireplace, freezer, fridge, internet, coffee machine (Italian), oven, satellite TV , sofa, stove, television, toaster, WIFI internet.

Bedroom: 1 single bed (width: 80m, length: 190m), WIFI internet, 1 double bed.

"Absolutely recommend! Breathtaking view, clean and beautiful flat, good WiFi . 20 minutes to the seaside by car. Sometimes it was hot in the flat, but we had two air fans."
