Private: terraced garden, 4'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, natural garden. 1.3 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1.8 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Massa" 9 km, sandy beach "Cinquale" 7 km.
