Totally Worthy

The apartment has all you need. It’s Impressive silent! The windows keep the apartment very quiet. If you will expand the day out it’s perfect but also has tv and the WiFi worked very well.

It is located in one of the old buildings of Vieux-Port where they are restaurants or commercial things on the land level. This is above an Indian restaurant so has some smell restricted to the bathroom. Keep the door closed and works well.

Nice apartment on excellent location.

The property is nice and it is on excellent location. For couple with baby is spacious and well equipped.

It is not the cleanest, but the essential things like bedding, towels, rugs and toilet were clean so it wasn’t a big problem for us.

Nothing, except the location.

The stairs was so disgusting and dirty, dead roaches, broken tiles. No lift to bring luggages up and the wobbly tiles. The sofa bed was NOT sleepable and a part of it rolls and moves away when laid on top. Bed in the room extremely small. Apartment extremely hot, aircon was useless, no ventilation, super stuffy, even the hot streets out there were cooler than the house. Streets downstairs super noisy especially at night. If i could give a zero, i would, because its nothing like advertised

the location

the floor was really dirty and the communication with the host was really bad. There is an entrance code for the check in. the phone where we had the booking message was out of battery at one point and when we called for the code no one picked up nor we were called back. I had to ask at a restaurant to charge the phone in order to enter back the property at night. the host message us the next day after the 11am check out at 1 pm if they can do anything for us. and on top - there is a 25 euro cleaning tax but they ask you to take out the garbage and clean everything and put it in the cupboards

three day stay in Marseille

the location is super central!

The apartment is very neglected and dirty ,the walls are very dirty,there was dust on some of the furtitures ,the bath smells as the white linen too ,the balcony has not been cleaned in months,the entrance from the stairs is miserable. Is a big problem and inconvenient the service by phone as there is no people to help you,we didnt have internet ,neither tv,and we had to fix them by ourselves !we opened the aircondition and we closed it immediatelly.It needs service as it smells! there is not any flexibility by the owner as we asked 2 hours late check out or to leave our bagage and they could not give us time or space!also they asked as leaving the apartment to collect our garbage and wash the plates!! the evenings we couldn t sleep because there is a lot of noise ,and the smell of cooking indian food! Unfortunately the apartment did not live up my expectations!!

amazing hosts and great location

the location is superb and the host are amazing, really detailed and easy to reach. The checkin is easy and the hosts were always making sure we had everything we needed. The flat is renovated and has everything you need.

the hobby and stairs to the flat are terrible, there is no light and the tiles are a bit loose, quite dangerous. it also gets quite noisy on the weekend

yes- book this one now. Location is perfect, safe and a great base to explore Marseille

Perfect location just 2 minutes from Vielle Port metro. Breakfast on the opera square just a few yards away, the right side of town for the walk up to Notre Dame de la garde and perfect location for an exploration of 'Le Panier' District and the 'Mucem' tour. Great tip for the baggage store in the next street- we used that and they were very helpful. Lots of places to eat nearby, in the streets around the apartment and off the main tourist drag around the port.

Sofa bed a bit awkward, but not a deal breaker. Definitely recommend this apartment

Good

The location was great, near the Old Port, with easy access to the Metro, buses and boats. There's a nice and equipped kitchen in the apartment. The owners were nice and helpful, they let us leave the luggage in the apartment before the check in hours

The couch was broken, so it was difficult sleeping in it. The walls need urgent painting and the apartment needs a good cleaning of the floor and the sink and shower cabin. A small closet would be very helpful in the living room when traveling in 2 couples,, since the only space for putting clothes is in the bedroom.

Lo único que merece la pena de este sitio, es la ubicación.

A la entrada del portal habían cucarachas muertas! Las camas incómodas. Por las noches muchísimo ruido, hasta las 5 de la mañana no cierran los bares. El apartamento por dentro estaba dejado, le hace falta una buena limpieza de arriba abajo. Para no volver nunca.

L'emplacement central est appréciable (notre QG le Marengo ) Entrée et sortie sans besoin de prendre RDV car automatisé bien agréable

Infestation de blattes dans le couloir Blattes (2x) dans l'appartement Mitigeur cassé "Tout équipé"? 2 verres à vins (différents), compliqué quand on est 3 Confort du "canapé lit" Douche avec un rideau à la propreté douteuse, une porte serait plus pratique et hygiénique.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est central et donc appréciable. Une bagagerie à proximité est un véritable plus et permet de profiter du séjour immédiatement sans avoir de soucis logistique. J'ai apprécié la communication et les informations données par les propriétaires.

L'état des parties communes de l'immeuble est franchement vétuste alors que l'appartement est cosy et confortable. Au départ c'est un peu surprenant...

Unica pecca, quando apri le finestre entra odore di indiano poiché c'è un ristorante sotto casa, l'ingresso della casa lascia un po a desiderare e c'è un odore fortissimo di indiano in bagno, nel resto della casa no.
