Die Lage direkt am Strand und der Blick vom Balkon auf Meer und Bucht sind klasse. Perea ist ein netter kleiner Ort, einfach und solide und für unseren Geschmack sehr nett. Kontakt mit Vermieter per WhatsApp war unkompliziert und freundlich. Restaurants am Strand sind traumhaft schön und fussläufig gut erreichbar. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und mit dem Bus kommt man zuverlässig und preiswert überall hin.
Badezimmer ist sehr klein und ohne Duschvorhang. Dadurch war es nach jedem Duschen völlig überschwemmt. Das 2. Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett ist sehr klein und ist eine Art Rumpelkammer mit Waschmaschine. Das gesamte Haus wirkt heruntergekommen, das ist allerdings bei den meisten Häusern der Nachbarschaft ähnlich. Perea ist ein eher "einfacher" Ort, das hat allerdings auch viel Charme, wir haben uns nicht wie in einer künstlichen Touri-Blase gefühlt

Great place. The location is very good. The view from the balcony is wonderful! You can park on the street. The hosts are very friendly. Clean apartment with everything you need for a good holiday.
The WI-FI is not very good!
