Sehr gute Lage, sauber, groß und immer gepflegter Pool. Sehr guter Service wenn was gebraucht wird. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bischen überteuert für ein ganz einfaches Haus was zur Villa umgebaut sein soll mit vielen Macken und Fehlern. Indirekte Beleuchtungen die nicht funktionieren. Es fehlen unbedingt Fliegengitter um auch mal mit offenem Fenster schlafen und lüften zu können.

The room was very nice with comfortable bed. The breakfast was so so. The lady who cleans and cooks breakfast tried to make us feel as good as possible. The location is good but there are some tiny roads and google maps does not know all, so need to use your skills. It is 10 minutes drive to Rovinj old center. Could improve things, mainly informing in advance the arrival of guests (had to call in order to find out how to enter the room) and breakfast. The price does not justify the stay.
