Apartments Sea Heaven

Nice place, friendly host. We had ground floor apartment, 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom. Aircon. Nice part of the garden, just for us, perfect to sit for breakfast. Very good communication with the host (Tea), she also gave us good advice and lots of info on the local beaches, places to visit etc. Parking space on the driveway, at the property, behind an automatic gate (we've received our own fob key to the gate). Good location, very close to Rovinj, and conveniently on a way to/from town there was: Lidl, petrol station, laundry. Close to sea and in the middle of Istria, it's easy to get everywhere.

Kitchen and bathroom were quite cosy, but manageble.

Mi è piaciuta molto la cordialità e gentilezza dell'host, sia Tea che i suoi genitori sono sempre stati molto gentili e disponibili. L'appuntamento ha una buona metratura in particolare la sala da pranzo e le 2 camere principali. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo,, bello il terrazzo, comoda la cucina. In 10 minuti di macchina si raggiungono le spiagge principali.

La stanza dei bambini è un po' piccolina e l'arredamento è un po' vecchiotto. L'appartamento è abbastanza vicino ad una strada principale quindi rispetto ad altre sistemazioni è un po' rumorosa se si tengono le finestre aperte però se si chiudono non si sente quasi nulla serramenti sono nuovi e molto buoni.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Sehr fürsorglich. Alles was man für etwas Erholung braucht im Apartment vorhanden. Haben sehr knapp noch gebucht und trotzdem ging alles reibungslos.

Das Bad war etwas klein für mich, wenn ich auf dem Klo saß, haben meine Knie die Wand berührt.

We liked that this apartman with car was near from Rovinj. It was comfortable to reach everything. Quiet and cosy place. Very good price/ value ratio.

Wifi was very week. A microwave oven and an electric kettle should be in the kitchen. Moscito nets were missing from the windows.
