Vila Una with private pool near Rovinj

We were absolutely satisfied with the accommodation – in fact, it exceeded our expectations. The welcome was extremely friendly and easily arranged via phone. The host speaks both English and German, which made communication very smooth. The villa is spacious and spotless – honestly, much larger than it appears in the photos, especially the living room. Contrary to some comments, the pool is actually quite big. Of course, it’s not meant for serious swimming, but it’s definitely large enough for kids to play in or for two people to float around on air mattresses. It’s certainly bigger than many private garden pools we’ve seen. We stayed in July, so the fact that the pool wasn’t heated wasn’t an issue. The villa is fully equipped with four air conditioning units (in the living/kitchen area and bedrooms), and the kitchen is also very well stocked. The location is good, in a suburb of Rovinj. There’s a small supermarket and a local shop nearby for essentials, and larger supermarkets are just a 5-minute drive away. There’s also a great restaurant nearby with grilled specialties. Of course, the villa isn’t directly by the sea or in Rovinj itself. But driving in Rovinj can be tricky anyway (traffic restrictions, parking issues), so you’ll need a car or bike for the beach regardless. For us, the 10-minute drive to Mulini Beach was no problem at all. The only minor downside was the lack of a sea view – but that’s really nitpicking. For us, it was a fantastic holiday that we’d gladly repeat!

We really liked the style of the house. It was really modern and well designed! Beds were really comfy!! Bathrooms were clean and spacious! Garden had a charming pool which was very beautiful especially at night with the lights. Rovinj was 5-7 minutes by car so it was really close. I can not say any negative thing cuz everything was perfect😇 10/10 Thank u!
