Nada!! Todo estaba correcto

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, a nice size and in a suburban area with a large yard. The shower room and kitchen are large and modern. The bed and bedroom are very comfortable and well appointed. The toilet room is pretty small but adequate, though a very large person may have difficulty using it. It is clearly used as an adjunct to their home when it is not rented and has many children’s toys and games sstore there. The hosts were very responsive and immediately brought us a fan when it became very warm and bought a grater when we said it would be helpful. They are a lovely, friendly French couple who speak some English. Between our French and their English, we had no difficulty communicating the basics. They do close the gate to the driveway when they let their young dog out, but we were able to easily open it when we came home at night after the first time we were locked out. We were close to our local friends and had easy 5 min. access to the main parts of town as we had a car. They have easy, close parking to the apartment entrance.

The apartment is attached to the back of the hosts’ home. They have 3 children 10-13. The apartment looks out on a large yard through a wall of sliding glass doors and windows. Close to the sliding glass doors are a number of children's play structures: an above ground pool, some sleep tents, a slide, etc. The children were generally quiet and respectful and while they played in the pool sometimes during the day, it wasn’t a problem. The only problem arose once when the children had some friends/guests over and were playing, screaming and yelling until 10:30 PM at night. Since there are no curtains or way to close off the large glass doors and windows, we had no privacy unless we hid out in the bedroom. I expect if we’d said something to the hosts, they would have stopped it, but we didn’t know how to say politely, please take the children inside so we can enjoy a quiet evening.

La propriété était facile à trouver et disposait de nombreuses places de parking. Le logement était propre et le lit très confortable. Les voyageurs ont également accès à une cuisine, à un salon et à un coin salon extérieur, ce qui était un vrai plus. L'endroit est situé dans un cadre paisible et les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants. Nous y avons séjourné pendant le festival de jazz de Châteauneuf-du-Faou, qui se trouvait à seulement 20 minutes en voiture, ce qui en faisait un point de chute idéal pour le week-end. Merci pour ce charmant séjour.

Very comfortable bed and great bathroom. Big TV with Netflix access.

Although the rental part is separate from the family home, note that you will be able to hear the family (including children)going about their lives. Breakfast was okay, and there was certainly enough to eat, but €7.50 for coffee, bread and jam was expensive.
