About this house rental
Capucine is a typically Breton stone house, adjoining that of the owners. Completely renovated, comfortable, it is composed at the bottom of a living room with living room, dining area, fitted kitchen and wood stove. Bathroom.
On the first floor is a large charming bedroom open onto the staircase with a 160 bed, a desk, a shower room.
On the second floor, under the roof, a bedroom open to the staircase with 2 single beds. Possibility of adding an extra bed.
A few meters away, in the garden, Lilly is a second charming little stone house, for 2 or 3 people, available for rent

A garden area is reserved for each of the houses with table and barbecue to take full advantage of the exterior and the calm of the site.
In fine weather, a heated outdoor swimming pool, shared by the 3 houses on the site, is made available to tenants, under certain conditions.
All around, the countryside, the meadows as far as the eye can see, the wooded paths are the ideal setting for walks in all seasons.
Several seaside resorts are located within an hour's drive. Paimpol, Perros-Guirec, Carantec, Roscoff, the bay of Saint-Brieuc, Only 15 minutes away, there are famous tourist sites, such as the Valley of the Saints. And 20 minutes away, the city of Carhaix and its famous festival of old plows.
