About this house rental

Typical Arlesian house in historic center, classified three stars *** by the prefecture of the BDR, and "Premium" by City Break.
Distributed on 3 levels and with a beautiful terrace Tropézienne giving a view on the bullring.
The house has been fully & totally renovated on 10/8/2017,
House of 100 m2, through with 2 entrances, one with small courtyard with possibility to put bicycles safely.
Vaulted cellar .
Quiet area, many parking nearby.
DRC:
south entrance + 1 bedroom & bathroom / wc,
north entrance with enclosed courtyard / 1 office & laundry
stairs.
1st Floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet.
2nd Floor: a large plan in 2 levels with kitchen & living room-TV opening onto the terrace through a bay window opening into a partition to the south.

Charme , quartier historique et central .
La maison est identique aux photos , grande ,bien agencée et meublée . idéal pour une famille de 4 a 5 personnes , de sa position très centrale nous avons put visiter toutes les beautés de la ville d'Arles . terrasse au top avec la vue sur les arènes . quartier animé , restaurant a proximité ,tout en étant très calme le soir . a recommander , bon accueil et prestations avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
