Home from Home, perfect base to explore the area

Rare to find such a place. Super clean and with lots of focus on small details that make you feel very welcome. The hosts are very nice, handover of the keys was on time and a very pleasant experience. Great introduction to the property. We were really impressed by the extremely well maintained and clean property. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is very easy to reach and an excellent spot to explore the area. Plenty of parking space behind a gate and a space to play pétanque :). The pool looked nice as well, but in October we didn't try it. A place to return!

Nothing, if they wanna go for an 11 rating I would suggest a Tesla Destination Charger installed on the property ;-)

Comfortable and friendly; calm and really welcoming. The hosts are absolutely fantastic.

They were present to meet us and were so friendly and welcoming. They showed us around which meant that we knew where everything was. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable and there was so much space to relax. The swimming pool and garden was absolutely gorgeous and the hosts were just so welcoming and were available to help us.

There is a shared space in the front of the house which is half inside and outside: it's beautiful and a lovely place to sit and have a drink. However, it's a smoking area so if the other people are smoking, it means it's essentially trapped in the space that you're eating in. As non-smokers, it was off-putting and for us, a little bizarre to have smoking allowed in a shared and enclosed space. (Note that you can open the doors wide but the smoke is still trapped in the space.)

Beautiful well kept extremely clean & quiet property with everything you need for the perfect holiday

So clean, so well placed for Arles, the refreshing pool. Had all the necessary items required for our stay Mika & Nina have thought of everything. Even a toothbrush in the drawer as we forgot one! Such lovely hosts. We had a fantastic time & they are well worthy of a 10 - just perfect.

Loved our stay and would recommend !

The villa was beautiful . Really well equipped with everything we needed . Good air con , comfortable beds and sofa. Plenty of space for dining . Lovely pool and sunbeds with good size parasols . All the little touches like toiletries , coffee pods, snacks were appreciated when we arrived . The owners were friendly and helpful too. We loved our few days here .

As a family with young child a toilet downstairs would have been useful.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in der Nähe zu vielen Ausflugszielen,wie Nîmes, Avignon, Pont le Garde usw

Die Wohnung war komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet . Die Betten waren super bequem . Eine tolle Möglichkeit draußen überdacht zu grillen und zu essen . Plus ein weiterer windgeschützter Bereich zum Sitzen.

Schade war, das der Pool nicht beheizt war. So konnten wir ihn nicht wie gedacht nutzen .

Ein Highlight zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Alles! Es war wunderbar stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super bequem die Einrichtung sieht komplett neu aus. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber. Uns haben die ganzen Kleinigkeiten gefallen. es gab in der Dusche extra Hausschuhe. In der Küche gab es Tee, Kaffee, Nutella, Wasser und Orangensaft. Die Bettwäsche war sogar mit den Initialen von den beiden bestickt. Die Handtücher waren super kuschelig der Außenbereich ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet als wir dort waren, blies gerade der Mistral. Wir saßen aber geschützt in dem Glasvorbau. Es gab sogar einen Grill. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. 1000 Dank euch beiden

Niet helemaal duidelijk van te voren (op bookings.com) was dat je het ‘privé’ zwembad moest delen met 2 andere woningen. Waarvan het terras direct naast het zwembad lag. Ook het (overdekt) terras werd met 1 andere woning gedeeld.

Sehr schön wenn man bzgl. Haustieren konsequent bleibt

Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Viele Extras und toller Pool.

Wir hatten die Villa gemietet. Da hatten wir sehr viel Platz draussen. Aber wenn man Privatsphäre will muss man sich bewusst sein, dass man sich die Terrasse mit dem Appartment von nebenan teilt. Uns als Familie war dies egal aber wenn man zweisamkeit sucht evt etw. schwierig. Ebenfalls steht dass Haustiere nicht erlaubt sind. Nebenan im Appartment war dann doch ein Hund der leider im Garten 2-3x täglich sein Geschäft erledigte. war nicht so toll für Pool und Garten Benutzung.

Tip Top five Stars 🤩

Uns erwartete eine sehr schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung, überdachter abschattbarer Terrasse direkt vorm Pool. Es war alles sehr gründlich gereinigt. Mika und Nina waren sehr freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es einen guten Bäcker, einige Supermärkte und natürlich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Der Aufenthalt war ein selten positives Erlebnis in Frankreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🥰

Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et ont été au petit soin pour nous pendant tout le séjour. La suite était décorée avec goût et raffinement, le logement était super équipé. Une literie au top et beaucoup d'espace. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison !

Tout. Mika et Nina, très investis pour garantir la qualité du séjour. Le lieu, magnifique, design, pratique, propre et de très haut standing. Logement parfaitement équipé, piscine de très belle taille avec jeux, lieu fermé pour stationner. Proche de Arles et de la camargue.

Prachtig, recentelijk gerenoveerd luxe appartement, voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Hele vriendelijke hosts staan klaar voor vragen of hulp waar nodig. Het appartement heeft een gedeeld terras met zwembad. Dichtbij supermarkt en uitvalswegen. Fijne slaapbank, bed, douche en keuken. Eigen parkeergelegenheid, horen voor de ramen. Aanrader!

De locatie wordt gedeeld met 3 appartementen, het kan wat gehorig zijn als er ook andere gasten verblijven.

Tutto eccellente. La casa è nuovissima, con finiture di pregio e tutti i servizi possibili. Punto forte lo spazio esterno, con un'enorme veranda ed una deliziosa piscina attrezzata con gonfiabili vari che hanno intrattenuto i bambini. Mika e Nina sono stati sempre disponibili ma con discrezione. Anche se l'altro appartamento all'interno della struttura era in fase di ristrutturazione non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di disagio. Torneremo di certo. A bientot

Wunderschöne, neue, hochwertige Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Sie ist ganz neu und wir waren die ersten Gäste. Es ist sehr sehr hochwertig. Vom Bau bis zur Ausstattung. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert und es fehlt an nichts. Weber Grill, Swimmingpool mit Badetieren, Wintergarten, Sonnenliegen, Garten, bequeme Betten...Auf dem Anwesen kann man gut Urlaub machen :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Wir können es weiterempfehlen. Weiter so, liebe Nina und lieber Mika!

Punktabzug gibt es nur für die Lage. Es ist etwas außerhalb, eine Art Mischgebiet aus kleinem Industriegebiet und Wohnungen. Leider hört man auch von der Eingangsseite der Immobilie die Straße, aber rund um den Pool und die sonnige Terrasse hört man die Straße weniger.
