About this house rental

Enjoy a relaxing setting with its garden and terrace, perfect for your summer evenings. Combining culture and relaxation, this welcoming place is the ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of Arles, from the Van Gogh Promenade to the Musée Départemental Arles Antique.
Accommodation
A 125 m² house that can accommodate up to 8 people, right in the heart of Arles.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Arles, about a 15-minute walk from the center.
It consists of: • 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a 160/200 double bed, 1 bedroom with a 200/200 bed, and 1 bedroom with a 140/190 sofa bed and a 90/200 bed)
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A large living room with a dining area
• An outdoor area with a terrace, private heated pool*, and bocce court
• A bathroom upstairs
• A shower room on the first floor
Note: The property has stairs to access the upper floor.
Guest access
Entire house.
Self-check-in or in-person check-in.
Private parking.
Train station 10 minutes away by car.
Major highways 3 minutes away.
Beaches 30 minutes away by car.
The Pont du Gard, Nîmes, and Avignon are about 30 to 40 minutes away.
Additional notes
A security deposit of €1,500 is required via credit card.
*Heated pool
The pool is heated for your comfort. A heating fee is available as an add-on to the rental and upon request:
• April, May, and October: €150
• June and September: 100 €
• July and August: 50 €
👉 Please make your request at least 48 hours before your arrival to allow time for the pool to heat up.
Important information:
• The water temperature depends on weather conditions.
• Heating improves comfort but does not guarantee a constant temperature in case of inclement weather.
• The roller shutter must be used to retain heat.
Please note that the property has stairs leading to the upper floor.
Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of €30.

Beautiful home, clean, open and an easy walk to town, about 15 minutes. Owner is lovely and easily reached and the caretaker is also as lovely. Definitely will book again next time in Arles.
