The La Perla holiday home consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two over-sized beds, with the possibility of an extra bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment, completely renovated and furnished with new furniture, is located on the first floor of a residential building. The structure enjoys numerous services that are adjacent to the building: a supermarket is a stone's throw away; a few meters the fruit and vegetable square; opposite a bar, the newsagent, an outpatient clinic, a bakery and a dairy. In the period from 24 June to 2 July in the parish of Maria SS. Annunziata della Bruna which is located near the house, the various rites of the patronal feast take place, famous all over the world and you can visit the famous "Triumphal Chariot". The bus stop is a few tens of meters from the holiday home, which can take advantage of free car parking nearby. The house is equipped with air conditioner, heating, mosquito nets on the windows, and every comfort to make guests' residence pleasant and comfortable. The house is a few hundred meters from the historic center and the entrance to the stones, and is close to the belvedere and the rock churches. The position of the structure allows the advantages of a semi-periphery (little traffic, easy to find parking, silence). The apartment is very bright, well insulated and allows guests to relax in moments of rest. All this allows the kind customers to spend a happy stay considering also the excellent value for money.

My friend and I just stayed at this spacious place in Matera and we were very happy! The whole apartment is well kept and spacious. The washer was a great thing to have and lots of space on the balcony to set things out. Antonio is so kind and has it all ready for you with a stocked kitchen and maps of Matera. It was about a 20 minute walk to town but it’s all accessible by well lit streets with sidewalks; not once did we ever feel unsafe!

Positive experience. The host helped us a good deal. It has a butcher and fruit store across the street, a supermarket behind it, and a cheeseshop a block away.
