La casa è di recente costruzione, con parcheggio davanti alla casa, con supermercato e pasticceria di fronte, tutto molto comodo, centro raggiungibile a piedi o con autobus
consiglio la lavastoviglie, lo scolapiatti è da rinnovare, aggiungerei anche un tappetino della doccia di ricambio, il bidet è un po' piccolo

Very spacious appart, easy and fast check in, very nice the independent entry, directly from the parking.
Would have been very useful to find a roll of kitchen paper and one extra blanket as it was a chill night and the heat was not on but overall we had a nice experience at residenza 1955.

Very clean apartment. The owner was very helpfull. He gave us so many advices for our stay!

I received very a very detailed explanation on where the apartment was, how to access the parking and how to get the key from the key safe. All worked well. Our host communicated well through WhatsApp and answered our queries re the aircon etc. The property was walking distance to the sassi and had good parking which was secure at night once the supermarket closed.
I feel the airconditioning could be improved.
