Tutto, posizione. 900 metri dal centro. Posteggio per le moto, ma poi l’oste veramente disponibilissimo e simpatico. Ci ha anche dato indicazioni per visitare la città

I liked everything about this property. The location is perfect, the staff (Giuseppe) is outstanding, and the facilities offered in the property make an enormous difference for a great stay in the beautiful and unique city of Matera. I can’t say enough good things about it other than I hope I can stay here on my next visit. Stay clear of the properties in the “caves” and historic part of the city; it sounds romantic but it’s going to be a great hassle if you have a car or heavy luggage; at La Casetta Al 21 you have parking and you’ll be at a walking distance from everything.

Atendimento do anfitrião e facilidade para estacionar o carro em uma vaga privativa. Fizemos todo o turismo a pé.

Apparemment idéalement situé, avec une place de parking privative. Très propre et très confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et très bien conseillés. Je recommande.
