L'alloggio è perfetto per visitare Matera, molto vicino ai servizi e ai Sassi.
La zona dove c'è il bagno e la cucina rimane fredda. C'è un calorifero a disposizione ma non basta per scaldare. Inoltre sempre la cucina andrebbe un po' rifornita.
