About this apartment rental
This apartment offers you the luxury of just relaxing around the pool or on the private ocean fed beach. This quietly located villa where you can enjoy a private drink or meal on the balcony in the sun. On the resort there are 2 bars and restaurants, 1 pool side bar with heated pool, this is a great place to relax whilst keeping an eye on the kids. If you prefer a night out there are many other bars, restaurants and live music can be found within a 5 - 10 minute walk away, which provides plenty of fun for couples and families. For those who are more active ( on site ) there is a fully fitted gym, tennis court or you can try windsurfing which is a 5 minute walk along to the main beach. There is also a golf course approx. 10 minute drive away. You may wish to spoil yourself with the spa treatments. 24hr security and an on site shop. There are markets and great local shopping, however Arrecife city is only a 20 minute bus ride with plenty of shops and stunning waterfront beach. It is the ideal holiday if you want an easy break away with everything nearby and no need to hire a car. You can have a quiet break or take advantage of the many facilities and excursions available.
The villa boasts an occupancy of up to 4 people. Consisting of one double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area. Well equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar for 4, looking on to the living/dining area which leads to the balcony and views. The bathroom is well equipped with bath and shower over , wc and bidet with a dressing area which comprised 2 vanity sinks with a hairdryer and shave point.
Towels: Please note that towels provided are for villa use only and not to be taken to pools or beach. You will need to provide your own towels for pool and beach.

Stayed at the sands beach several times but this was the first private rental we have done. Easy check in process and the villa owner was very accommodating with our check out request. We had a lovely stay and all the basic necessities were catered for.

The property was super clean and had everything I could have needed, loads of British channels on the tv for late night viewing. I had contacted the owners on several occasions for my benefit and got get speedy replies. Would have absolutely no problem recommending this apartment to anyone, and if im going to holiday here again it'll be the first place I look.

On arriving at the property there is a key safe, which was great for easy access. The location is ideal, a little walk into the main area of Costa Teguise, about 15 minutes. The property itself requires a little tlc, a coat of paint, a few repairs here and there wouldn’t go amiss. The kitchen wasn’t very clean, everything felt like it had a layer of grease on it!! After doing a bit of cleaning, sat down for a glass of wine to find only 2 wine glasses one of which had a crack in if. Went to put the parasol up and it was a shredded mess!!! More holes than fabric! I messaged the owner and she said the housekeeper would bring replacements, however the housekeeper never materialised and neither did the wine glass and parasol!! We only had breakfast in the apartment, so couldn’t really comment on the cooking facilities. The bedding/mattress could do with being replaced, whilst stripping the bed before we left, I noticed there was some blood on the mattress cover, had I known that when we first got there, I probably wouldn’t have stayed!!! On the whole none of this spoilt our holiday, we had a fantastic time, however we wouldn’t be returning to this property.
