*8-10 min to Como city centre (8 min from Como central station)
*5 min to border between Italy and Switzerland (10 min to Chiasso, 30 min to Lugano)
*40 min from Malpensa airport

The furnitures are comfortable and in country style. The living area is comfortable and well furnished with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen; the bedrooms area is furnished with typical furniture of Como houses of some years ago.
