This splendid and exclusive 70 sqm panoramic apartment is located in the heart of Rome in an 18th century building 50 meters from the Trevi Fountain in one of the oldest and most suggestive areas of Rome, the Trevi District characterized by its ancient streets full of restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops.
Just 7 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, 20 minutes from the Colosseum and 15 minutes from the Roma Termini train station. With a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Barberini Metro stop, from which links to Termini Station and the Vatican leave.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor, with lift, it is bright and very quiet, allowing guests to immediately immerse themselves in the unique and fascinating romantic atmosphere of this district.
The wonderful 25 sqm terrace, organized with table and chairs, offers a fantastic panoramic view that allows you to admire the Quirinale hill and the upper part of the sculptures of the Trevi Fountain in all its beauty.
The apartment, with antique terracotta floors and exposed beams, consists of a large dining room and lounge with kitchenette, sofa bed (French), fully equipped kitchen, two spacious double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms shower and hairdryer.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and
air conditioning.

Great stay at this beautiful apartment steps away from the Trevi Fountain. Right in the middle of all the crowds but the apartment itself was a great retreat with the large terrace providing a beautiful and relaxing setting to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of each day. Sara was a fantastic host and made check in and out very easy. We also appreciated her recommendations on where to eat and get groceries/taxis nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is in a very central location, on a busy pedestrian walk way steps from Trevi. We had a nice and comfortable stay!

We have rented a lot of VRBOs over the past 5 years. Mostly Italy at multiple locations (including Rome 3 times). This is the one time we were disappointed. Sara was patient with our confusion upon arrival (the area was completely mobbed and we were not told beforehand that we would not be able to drive down that road) and she was very helpful with arranging a car for our departure. She was very nice. Our problem was with the apartment. When we rent a VRBO we have always had basic amenities provided to us (which is why we don't choose a hotel). We prepare breakfasts, lunches, and some dinners. We weren't provided some of the basics. There wasn't a cutting board, no toaster, no large size bowl for anything like salad, pasta, etc. No oven mitt for hot objects. There was one dish towel. Also, some of the furnishings were different than what were shown in the pictures. This was completely different than other VRBOs in Italy that we have rented in the past. Now we understand this is an apartment in an historic area of Rome, but to not have any of these items in the apartment was unfortunate. We made a lot of assumptions based on our other experiences. Maybe we are not the norm because we actually use these apartments and we don't just treat them like a hotel. Next time I will make sure to double check everything. Pictures should be updated too to reflect the true apartment and it's furnishings.
