Prinsi Apartments

The appartments are with excellent location-within 5 min walk to Trevi fountain. There is everything you need in the apartments-coffee machine and coffee, an iron and etc. The bed was comfortable and there was air-conditioner in every room. The host-Michele is so kind and help us whenever we need an advice for something. He arranged our transport from the airport to the appartments. He explained in advance everything about the location and how we should enter the appartments . Very, very supportive host. And on our last day he gave us extra time for checking out and allowed us to stay at the apartments till the time we should head to airport.

The location is fantastic. Easy walking distance to everywhere in central Rome. The host was fabulous and took time to bring missing items (toilet paper, dish towels) and come and help me get the washing machine working the next day - my fault not the machine. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom size was great. There was significant lighting and there were power points everywhere. There is a lift which is a plus in old buildings but the stairs were easy to manage too. There was a working television, kettle, and toaster. Wifi available. There is a washing machine - holy grail when booking an apartment.

The kitchen was in need of a significant fix up. It was terrible. The wood was rotting and lifting on the skirting. The cupboard doors were falling off. The washing machine was dirty. The bathroom also needs to be fixed up, but it is serviceable. The couch was so old you sunk right into it and it felt awful to sit on.

Location was wonderful. Perfect for every key destination in Rome. Sandwich shop underneath was fabulous

Could be a bit noisy

Dated and needs an update and some maintenance. Foyer cleaner arrived at 2am and was very noisy on 2 mornings keeping us awake while there. Nothing to see from window but poor maintained courtyard. Would definitely choose different apartment at Prinsi next time.
