    First time staying this hotel. Overall good. Location near to Yau Ma tei station exit A1 and rooms are clean.

    If anyone wants unhelpful, being blamed for not prepared in advance well a big amount of HKD1000 as the deposit Must Need, without a polite attitude, without any willingness of lowering the amount for any bit, coz it anyway was just for a deposit of those in cases by ourselves, the travelers. Why giving us obvious enough notice or reminder in advance of our arrival for such super inconvenient, very high amount nowadays in hotel business (especially it was just a boutique hotel of not super high-end). Why we, the guests needed to be bearing the surprisingly terrible, absolutely not professional service standard, night shift check-in counter make staff named Leon So? He scolded with pretended gentle voice but actually not, shouting at not just me, but the foreign traveler gentleman when he experienced, felt and responded nearly completely the same wordings, why us, the ones who gave the hotel revenue, huh? Without true apology, he also rejected our suggestion on refunding to us the actually already fully paid room charges to let us go find another no need deposit hotel for the night? We felt that he' was only keeping us, putting the fact the it's like we made him hard night, not he giving us unbelievable bad travel surprise (that shock got us decided to go for sound, corresponding comment. Wish not too many more travellers staying there have to suffer from such low standard, hospitality staff that ruins the reputation of HKG traveling business and shame to his poor, fellow colleagues. Sigh.
