About this house rental
Comfy and Clean! Located in the trendy Fairmount area of Center City, we are walking distance to the major museums and activities on the Ben Franklin Parkway, with easy access to the rest of all the city has to offer! Spacious, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room to relax.
4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms! We have a lovely entertaining/relaxing area as you enter our home, the kitchen is spacious for preparing meals; upstairs the bedrooms are very clean and bright with storage space and a hall bath. We are equipped to host the little ones with cribs, high chair and changing table for your convenience. 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, 1 queen floor mattress, and 1 twin floor mattress (ideal for the kids).
- 6 blocks to the art museum (Rocky steps!)!
- 6 blocks to ben franklin parkway
- 4 blocks to Schuylkill river walk-way!
- 11 blocks to the Zoo!
- 9 minute Uber to Rittenhouse Square
- 12 minute Uber to the Historic District

Please note: Neighbors are sensitive to noise/walls are thin. Please be considerate. Do not play music loud after 9PM.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. especially Please do not smoke in our front stoops or sidewalk, the smoke smell travels easily to the neighboring houses.
Also, please note, while we do enjoy hosting your PET on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $50.00 before VRBO taxes.

Walking distance to museums, dining, Whole Foods and many other important places. 4 bedrooms with queen size beds, and one with a crib. Responsive owner and quickly helps with issues.
Lots of air fresheners were in place to mask the musty smell of the house.

This home is in a great location! It was easy to catch a bus or walk to most places. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but could use dishwasher detergent and coffee filters.

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to things downtown. The home itself has a few issues. Ground floor is nice, basement is subpar. Upstairs is ok although it took a long time to get it warm. We had 5 people and we ended up never eating at the property, but with 3/4 bedrooms you would expect plates, dishes, bowls, glassware for at least 6 people. However, there were only 4 of these items. Actually there was no glassware - just 2 wine glasses. There were 6 - 8 coffee mugs and that was it. It advertises basic cable but we could never get it to work and there were no instructions. The Roku was nice, but if it had Chromecast we could at least cast our Netflix, HBO, etc from our phones - just a suggestion in case visitors can't get the cable to work.
