The Space:
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.
Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.
Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home.
The house is set up for self check-in. Instructions will be sent to you 3 hours before check-in.

Great location and beautiful home. Easy access to all kinds of cafes, restaurants, and convenience store options. The beds were very comfortable, showers were hot, and it felt like home for the week. Dedicated parking is a huge plus in this location, and the hosts are very communicative and gracious.

The townhouse was spacious and more than comfortable for a four day stay for our four guests having a college reunion. The communication process with the host was excellent and made the logistics very easy. Nice neighborhood was an easy walk to center city attractions. Also close to food stores and restaurants.

This was our second time staying here and we plan to be back! The house is beautiful and has everything we need, it’s in a great neighborhood, and the hosts are incredible - very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying here.
