This 2,850 sq ft townhome spans three finished levels plus a basement, with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Minutes from CHOP, Penn Medicine, and Center City, with the stadium complex a short drive south. Open-concept first floor with a modern kitchen, large island, dining area, and comfortable living room — the natural gathering spot for shared meals and long evenings. In-unit washer and dryer. Rear yard with BBQ for grilling and fresh air. Rooftop deck with patio furniture and open skyline views — the best seat in the house at sunset. Full basement movie room with projector and sofa bed for a quiet night in.
The third floor is a private retreat: a king-bed primary suite with its own full bathroom and separate tub, a kitchenette with mini fridge for coffee and late-night essentials, and a private balcony. It's the kind of space that gives one guest real separation from the rest of the house — welcome on a longer stay.
The first floor features the open kitchen, dining, and living space. The second floor holds a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk. The basement adds a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, makeup vanity, laundry area, and full bathroom, alongside the movie room.
Sleeping space for up to 12 guests — room enough for large families, groups traveling together, and extended stays.

An 8-minute drive from CHOP, Penn Medicine, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania — an easy base for families and medical visitors staying close to treatment.
A 3-minute walk to Washington Avenue, where you'll find Aldi supermarket, Bagels & Co, Dock Street Brewery South, and more everyday essentials just a few blocks north.
On the next block is Wharton Square Park, with a playground, tennis courts, and open green space, plus neighborhood favorites Two Eagles Cafe and Hannah K Cafe within a short walk, and a Keith Haring garden mural — one of the last surviving public works by the artist — a few blocks over.
A short drive to Center City and Rittenhouse Square (about a mile north) for shopping, dining, and the Magic Gardens, and roughly 10 minutes south to the stadium complex — Citizens Bank Park and Lincoln Financial Field.
Central South Philadelphia location, about 8 minutes from CHOP, Penn Medicine, and HUP. A few blocks from the shops and cafés on Washington Avenue, and around the corner from Wharton Square Park. Roughly a mile to Rittenhouse Square and Center City, and a short drive south to the stadium complex. Uber/Lyft is widely available, and street parking is free on and around the block (please see Other Things to Note).
Parking: Free street parking, no permit required. The block is narrow and best suited to standard-size vehicles rather than large vans or SUVs. Spots are easiest to find earlier in the day and fill up as the evening goes on; the corner less than half a block away usually has the most availability. Before arrival we'll send a short local parking guide with the best spots and street-cleaning days. Accessible on-street spaces are in front of the home for guests with a valid placard.
Stairs: The home spans three levels plus a finished basement, connected by stairs, with no elevator. All bedrooms/bathrooms are on the upper floors or in the basement — there is no ground-floor bedroom/bathrooms. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility needs.
Basement level. The finished basement houses the laundry and HVAC systems and can carry a faint utility-room scent typical of city basements. The space includes an air purifier and dehumidifier. Guests sensitive to this may prefer the upper-floor bedrooms.
Rooftop deck: Reached by stairs from the third floor, with patio furniture and open skyline views. For quiet enjoyment only: children must be supervised at all times, no glass on the deck, and please no use after 10pm out of respect for our neighbors.
Quiet home: This is a residential block with shared walls. We host families, medical visitors, and professionals on longer stays — no parties or events.
City living: The home has a rear yard and rooftop access, so like most city homes with outdoor space, an occasional insect may find its way in during warm months when doors are opened.
Amenities: We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Cameras: Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only.
IMPORTANT: For reservations we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $300. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most large chain hotels.)
