You're central to everything Philadelphia has to offer and your stay includes access to the building's shared gym and sauna.

This stunning bi-level condo offers a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, and 1 free parking spot in the garage at the end of the block. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the space is suitable to sleep 13 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together, and we also provide coffee and cookware to make your stay even more comfortable. The property also offers plenty of unique amenities including fantastic game areas with foosball table, darts, and board game area! Additionally, there is a shared gym and sauna in the building's lower level.

; Bedroom #3(Queen bed) ; Full Bathroom #1 with washer + dryer ; 3x single beds via roller cots
2nd floor: Bedroom #1: (King bed) with ensuite bathroom master bathroom + desk ; Bedroom #2: (Queen bed) ; Bedroom #4: (2x twin beds) ; Full bathroom #3 located in the hall ; Game area - Poufs/ pillows on the floor with game boards provided ; Common area with 2x twin beds via trundle; and large desk space.

Spacious, Clean unit, clear communication, detailed instructions. Neighborhood was decent, there were homeless living/staying outside of the Ludlow St entrance(most likely nothing you can do). Easy access to center city.
