I have booked with Stay at Luna on 11th St a couple of times. I love the location and the amenities. The units are the perfect size and always smell amazing. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, ready for cooking. The balcony is great as well.

The hotel is run on an AirBnB model, so there is no-one on site to meet you, I never saw anyone the whole time I was there and you have to empty your own bin when you leave. That's fine if it's what you want but I found the email instructions confusing, it was advertised as having parking which it doesn't, it has an agreement with a nearby car park, and the table and chairs seemed like set dressing, designed to look good on the photos but they were impractical to use.

The building is very nice and new.
I booked a 1 BDR and they gave me a studio. The photos in booking do not match the reality of the size of the units. Additionally, I had an exterior second floor unit and the windows are not sound proof, therefore I could hear everything outside.
