Can't recommend this villa enough! The photos do not do it justice. There is so much space inside and outside. The owners are amazing, picked us up when we got lost and couldn't find the villa, had drinks and fruit for when we arrived and even brought round birthday sweets and wine when I mentioned it was our birthdays. They were contactable the whole time for any recommendations or issues. There is a trampoline, swings and obviously the pool to keep children occupied and lots of different socialising space for the adults. It's within walking distance to shops and the beach although a bit of a steep walk on the way back! In comparison to other villas in the area I think it is such good value for money and we would not go anywhere else if returning to the area.

We stayed at the villa for a week in July 21 and couldn’t fault it. Ana met us upon arrival to show us around the villa. She was also exceptionally helpful with any questions we had- whether about the villa or our requests for local takeaway recommendations! The villa was perfect for our needs- a family of 9 adults and one toddler. Bedrooms were lovely (air conditioning was excellent) and the sofa bed was in its own separate area- giving a degree of privacy. There are many lovely areas to sit around the villa and many different places our 2 year old enjoyed exploring- especially the trampoline, which was a surprise upon arrival. The pool is the perfect temperature for cooling off on a hot day and there’s plenty of both shade and sunbeds around the pool area. The villa is easily walkable into town/ a local supermarket- even with a toddler in tow. Overall, every member of our party had a fabulous stay and we would definitely recommend.

The villa is lovely, even better than the in the photos. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great (big too) both of which make for a relaxing experience. The villa has everything you need and is very comfortable. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children and we never felt crowded. There are lots of different places to sit outside which means you can seek out a bit of peace. Ana is an excellent host and is on hand if you need anything. She went above and beyond for us providing a cake and other treats for a special birthday on the day of our arrival. We can't thank her enough. The location of the villa is good. You are in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of everything. Supermarket just 5 minutes, beautiful old town 10 minutes and down to the beach about 20 minutes. Looking forward to going back very soon - in October we hope.

Family holiday, six adults and one baby. Villa exactly as described. Lots of room for everyone. Beds really comfy, villa very clean and tidy. Pool was beautiful, eight sunbeds and lots of parasols which was a real bonus travelling with a baby. The walk into town takes about 10 to 15 minutes where you will find loads of restaurants and some nice shops too (not too touristy). Our only thought was that a little more light round the pool at night and in the outdoor eating area (where the pizza oven and BBQ are) would have been nice. Apart from that we loved the villa and would return as we had such a lovely relaxing holiday - Our first visit to Calpe and we were impressed. Thanks Ana

The villa was fabulous. We were a large family group. There was everything we needed at the villa, including toys for my granddaughter. The outdoor space was very impressive , with many lovely seated and eating areas, sheer we could all enjoy spending time together. The pool area was lovely too! The bedrooms were all a good size and the kitchen was very well stocked.. This was a special family holiday and the villa turned out to be the perfect choice! We all had a fabulous time and would not hesitate to return.

Just came home from a wonderfull stay at this lovely villa in Calpe. 2 families and lots of space. We loved the house, the garden and all the small cornors to relax. But we specially loved and lived by the pool. Ana the owner, was very helpfull and sweet, she gave recommodations where to eat and what to see, and also helped us scare away the mosquitos. Thank you Ana and family for a lovely stay, we really didnt wanted to go home.

"The pictures provided for the villa were lovely and we knew it would be just what we were looking for and we were not dissappointed, it was even more beautiful than we expected. We had 8 adults in our group and what was so special about the villa was that if you wanted to sit quietly and read a book for example there were so many little quiet areas. The pool was fantastic and everywhere was very clean and very well maintained. We also had access to the owners if and when required. The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area with about a 10 minute walk to the edge of the town."
