Perfect location and modern apartment for me and my little one! We loved it!

The parking space for my particular apartment was tight, but it was super close to the front door.

Perfect for an affordable one person retreat!

Nice decor, fab location, parking right outside, spacious, good kitchen, had everything I needed. Good value for the money.

No heating in the bathroom, bedroom window & lounge window right by the car park & entrance so not much privacy without blinds drawn. Not the property’s fault but the communal hall was filled with cigarette smoke from another apartment. I asked 3 questions the night I checked in via booking app chat which I had used for comms before my stay and my questions were never answered.

The apartment is modern with top end appliances, spotlessly clean throughout, comfortable and warm, good for walks in the surrounding area.

There was nothing not to like really, if I was being picky I would say that the water is way too hot and the toaster needs replacing, but neither of these things would stop me from staying here again.

Rustie towel rail.....mould in bathroom.....kitchen sink tap made a noise all night......main apartment entrance door shook the bedroom wall when residents came in and out.....cushions smelt awful and we could not open patio door at all, fire!!

The apartment was lovely, very comfy bed.

We found the apartment block to be quite noisy especially as we were on the ground floor next to the main entrance, the doors are unfortunately very noisy when shutting. We were also disappointed that our balcony and view was the car park!

Enjoyed our stay and the apartment is very convenient for driving to other resorts in the area.

Comfortable property just right for a couple, with a really great bathroom with walk in shower. It has a private parking spot which is a bonus as many rental properties don't have this.

Quite difficult to find the property, we drove past it and had to turn round. As it is a ground floor apartment which backs onto a carpark there are no sea views.

Location and overall facilities were great. Have recommended facilities to family, will also do same, to friends when we return back home.

Outside was not private , bench was green so couldent sit on it as dident want clothes to stain , took 35 mins to walk to town , so had to take car in to town but found really good park so was ok ,

The property was very modern and just what we needed for three nights. The host was super helpful in emailing all the information over and reminding us on the day of departure check out instructions. Great location and a gorgeous walk into town past Fistral Beach.

It was very warm. It looked as though the heating panels had been locked and therefore there was no way we could change the temperature. The general cleanliness was good however the floors could have done with a good scrub and some of the crockery was dirty. The WiFi was very slow - not too much of an issue for us as we weren’t there much.

SUPER nice apartment, really clean and tidy for us when we arrived. Great location, literally 5 minute walk to Fistral beach, amazing for surfing, 10 minute walk into town, plenty of bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. Will 100% be rebooking in the very near future.

Good location and close to the beach.

Unfortunately,does say that toiletries and toilet paper are included but we got no shower gel and only 1 roll of toilet paper to last us 3 days( not something we thought to pack).After reading some other reviews where people got more treats included, we’re super surprised to hear we didn’t get the same. Also wifi connection is terrible meaning at times we couldn't even search for anything as hardly any service too

Everything, excellent location (the photo is from just around the corner!), free parking, well maintained and secure building, comfy bed and the property management were excellent, especially considering we booked this and arrived within 15 minutes due to having to flee our previous booking as it was an absolute dumpster fire.

Amazing location, oversights Fistral beach and the sunset spots around are stunning! Cute caffès close by and on a short walk to town center! Apartment is a solid choice lovely renovated and with all you can need for a relaxing holiday. Comfy bed and couch too!

It rained twice and water came in the living room through the ceiling next to terrace doors. An easy fix but it watered the floor quite a bit unfortunately.

Nice apartment with few tweeks

Excellent location within walking distance of Fistral beach and Newquay centre

On arrival apartment felt unwelcoming due vertical blinds only and lack of curtains. Felt clinical. Lack of curtains was also an issue in bedroom as the light shone through vertical blinds and didn't aid good nights sleep. No chest of drawers in bedroom. Shelf in wardrobe but unable to use as far too high for a vertically challenged person. Lack of coat hangers - 6 of which one was broken which when no drawers caused problems. We were there for a family funeral and thus had formal clothes to hang. View from lounge was of car park which was not apparent from photos on website. Sofa in lounge was big but very low and difficult to get up from.

I didn't like the idea of having a heating controlled by someone, I prefer to adjust the temperature by myself. Secondly I wanted to watch the local news but I couldn't set up TV channels although I tried many different options

Great experience in the winter sun!

Everything! The apartment was so clean my girlfriend was amazed. The place was immaculate, the walk in shower being the prized asset with the temperature outside as it is at the moment. It is not far from the town centre as we strolled around fistral and made our way into town. We talked to locals asking for recommendations for things to do & places to eat. Everyone was friendly and willing. The apartment itself is a 3/4 min walk from fistral beach. Such beautiful views and serenity when there even in the winter. A bonus that the weather was good to us after all the heavy rain we've had lately. Definitely recommended by us with so much to do around it locally. Thanks for the experience.

Our stay was great

The apartment was in a good location, the bed was comfy, kitchen and bathroom was perfect and clean. We had a great stay.

They Wi-Fi did not work however we spent little time in the apartment due to the weather being amazing so we did not bring this up to the host. We also only had 1 toilet roll provided so we had to go out and buy more which isn’t an issue I’m just being picky haha

A real shame.

The apartment itself was very nice, tidy and modern.

Temperature in the apartment didn't drop below 27 degrees, regardless of the sliding door being open and windows. Told no way of cooling down its just the room temperature. Apartment right next to entrance for building, doors very loud opening and closing, not just once but people coming in and out constantly all hours of the night, at one point 4am and then 6.

Located within walking distance of Fistral Beach. Very comfortable bed, high quality bedding and good storage areas, especially the utility cupboard.

The parking bay was a bit tight, being adjacent to the bin storage area and first space in from the driveway.
