The property was brilliant, the location is amazing. It’s got its own private parking. It’s very clean and spacious and modern.
Couple of minor issues. First one might be personal preference but the mattress on the double bed is rock solid. Was too uncomfortable for me and my partner. And the wi-fi wasn’t great. Especially when you have a teenage daughter who lives on-line 😂

Great location and balcony view over the sea was PERFECT for a sunny week in Newquay, the apartment was spacious for a group of 4 and had optimal open plan layout
Overall a great apartment, but it’s starting to get a little tired in places - all things stated are minor: paintwork needs refreshing in the living room en suite bathroom a little mouldy blown glass units in windows tv a little small En suite shower doesn’t work if main bathroom shower is in use

Location and view were great and having a secure parking space was a bonus.
Trying not to disturb the neighbours was difficult with heavy metal chairs on a wooden floor.
