About this villa rental
Villa Melissa is a large and beautiful villa surrounded by greenery, surrounded by an English lawn with fruit trees, flowers and palm trees. The ideal house for outdoor evening dinners in front of the pool, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Alghero.
The villa is equipped with 2 kitchens, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The villa has large outdoor spaces: large covered terraces, swimming pool with garden furniture (chairs, table and umbrellas), outdoor shower, an essential additional bathroom in the dressing area next to the pool, barbecue and parking space.
The house is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, TV, sheets, iron and ironing board, bathroom linen, hairdryer, Internet Wifi etc. everything you need for a comfortable and familiar stay in Sardinia.
The 120m2 villa is on 2 levels, connected by an internal staircase.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people
There are 3 bedrooms and are located on the ground floor next to the pool:
- 1 double bedroom or 2 single beds
- 1 double bedroom.
- 1 double bedroom
There are 3 bathrooms:
- 1 full bathroom on the ground floor where the sleeping area is located
- 1 full bathroom on the first floor where the living area is located
- 1 complete bathroom next to the swimming pool, with adjoining dressing room + outdoor shower
Villa Melissa is located just 3 km from the center and the sea, away from city traffic and hordes of tourists, which makes it the ideal retreat for those who want to combine a holiday in Alghero with the comfort of a welcoming and comfortable accommodation , in the maximum privacy of its exclusive use.
We leave guests with maximum freedom and discretion but we are always available if they need us.
The car is necessary. The villa is 4 km from the center of Alghero.
Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in cash.
Further additional costs:
- electricity: €0.50 per Kw/h (total to be quantified at checkout)

Wow what a find! The photos of this property do not do it just. We were greeted by Giuseppe who has the biggest smile and the kindest heart. He had filled the house with so many treats enough for us not to have to run off to the shop on the first day. The house is a real home from home. It had everything you could possible need and more. The rooms where big with lots of storage to unpack. The outdoor space is unreal set in an oasis of flowers, plants and trees that stretch out around the property giving off wonderful smells. It’s not over looked and it’s very tranquil. The pool is perfectly placed in the sunshine all day long. It has steps into it and is a great size. Giuseppe made our stay so special. He’d arrive to clean the pool bringing the most delicious croissants and pastries that he’d bought from the local patisserie. We managed well to communicate using google translate and sign language which was always a laugh. When our time came to an end we actually cried leaving such a special home, a wonderful host and the happiest of memories we had made there. Mornings that are magical, watching the sun rise with the sound of bees and the cockerel, to late evening sunsets and stars that are incredible. This was easily one of our favourite holidays made so because of Giuseppe and his wonderful home. Thank you so much we are telling everyone to book it! We hope one day we can return till then we send all our love and thanks for giving us the most magical stay love theTaylors xx

The place looks even better than the pictures , huge garden on both side the pool is very recent and is gorgeous , a feel of tuscany with all the olive trees , the owner Giuseppe
gave us a great welcome the fridge was filled with drinks and fresh cookies from the pastry shop. We could have called it paradise, the countryside view is gorgeous quiet and very private during the day. Unfortunatly we had a hard time sleeping at night, the matress is a little old and a property in the neighbourhood owns 2 dogs , they barked all night long 5 night out of 7 if you have a strong sleep go for it! . The owner called the neighbours and apologised spoiling us with croissant and it worked for those 2 nights, unfortunatly you can't predict what the night will be like. Apart from that the place is perfect cosy for a family and 5 minutes from the city center 10mn drive from the beach beautiful next to the hotel oasis it is the best with pine trees everywhere. sardinia is amaizing great destination!!!!
