Villa Emanuel is a detached villa featuring a 12×6 m private pool, panoramic ocean views, and a centuries-old olive grove. The fully fenced property is located less than 2 km from Alghero, in the heart of the Coral Riviera.
The grounds are the heart of the villa: spacious, green, and safe for children and pets. Centuries-old olive and citrus trees frame the private pool, which is up to 2 m deep, featuring a lounge area, sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. A furnished pergola hosts al fresco dinners with a view of the sea—the sunsets from here are unforgettable.
The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase: 4 bedrooms (3 king-size + 1 twin), 3 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool, a kitchen with a table for 10, a dining room, and a spacious porch with outdoor sofas. Furnished in an elegant blend of rustic and modern Sardinian styles. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite Wi-Fi.

Pros: Good location, Lovely outdoor seating area, pool, eating and grilling. Really pretty property and you can see the sea from a distance. Communication with Jesus our house contact was great. He always responded very quickly to any issue or question. The house is nice but could have been cleaner upon arrival. Cons: The house is 3 bathrooms but during our stay only the main bathroom off of the kitchen was unusable due to a septic or other issue relating to "water" bubbling up in shower upon flushing toilet and vice versa. Jesus did send someone but not able to be fixed at that time. Was tricky with 7 people and 2 bathrooms. Not what we expected.Door to upper bathroom very tricky and one of our party was locked in until we were able to open the door from the outside. Needs to be fixed. Trash bins are provided but getting rid of it at different locations around Alghero is not easy or predictable. Not fault of owner but just take note. Pool is great but would recommend having umbrellas as it is quite hot in Sardinia and there is very little shade at the pool. It can be windy but guests could be advised to lower umbrellas when not in use. Overall a good stay that with a few improvements by owners could be great.

An excellent villa in a beautiful, quiet location surrounded by olive groves yet just a few minutes drive into Alghero. Loads of space, both inside and outside, with a large pool and dining / BBQ area alongside. The shaded seating area under the front of the villa proved very popular throughout.

Set in the centre of an olive grove this house was beautiful and private. Grounds well kept and well suited for outdoor living; pool, bbq, living and dining areas. Indoor space very comfortable with 4 large bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen is a little small , but functional. The hosts were lovely and helpful to our stay in Alghero. Excellent value overall. Thank you !!
