Very nice location close to the centro & Umbria Jazz Festival . The host allowed us to keep our room till 1.30 pm, else with our 3 pm train we would have been sitting with our luggage on the streets. Perugia had no left luggage space available!
It's meant more for back packers as first It's up very steep steps to the flat & then up very narrow stairs to the apartment. With the luggage we had or for anyone with disabilities It's not suggested.

Innanzitutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della proprietaria Sig.ra Costanza, poi la casina in sé, completa di tutto, accogliente e situata a due passi dal centro storico. Il tutto rende assolutamente invidiabile il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

PRO della struttura: - Proprietaria gentilissima e premurosa, - Posizione centralissima, - Appartamento accogliente, dotato di tutto l'essenziale.
CONTRO della struttura: A dire il vero, non ce ne sovviene nessuno: l'appartamento è proprio come da descrizione e foto della proprietà. Abbiamo piuttosto un unico suggerimento per i futuri ospiti: - L'appartamento è davvero centralissimo ed abbiamo constatato che nelle notti del venerdì e del sabato, quelle in cui abbiamo pernottato a Perugia, la zona è frequentatissima. Per chi ha bisogno di silenzio per addormentarsi e dormire serenamente, può essere utile munirsi di tappi per le orecchie.
