Excellent place, excellent location

The house is big and comfortable, with two floors and a spacious terrace with an area cover from the sun and an area not covered from the sun, with amazing views to the bay and to the starts at night. The house has two floors: upstairs there's a big double room (with a balcony with even more amazing views to the bay), a 2 single bed room and a bathroom. Downstairs there's the leaving room and the kitchen, very well prepared with everything you need. The location is just fantastic: for us Orahovac was the best place to stay in the whole bay: quiet, familiar, amazing landscape and environment...the house was just 5 min from the sea...it was wonderful to be there.

I'd defined recommend the house. An upgrade to the bathroom and a bigger sofa would make the house even better.

It’s a beautiful traditional stone house. the location is perfect, you can smell the fresh air and the garden is full of amazing flowers. host is very kind and nice. we enjoyed our staying there. the house is equipped with everything that you need and it’s very clean

Super fijn en gezellig huisje op een goede en rustige locatie.

Een heel gezellig huisje! Het is precies zoals omschreven en zoals op de foto’s. Het is niet modern maar erg sfeervol en compleet. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De ligging is lekker rustig maar alle voorzieningen en bezienswaardigheden zijn op fijne afstand. Het terras is ruim en biedt een prachtig zijaanzicht op de baai van Kotor. Er staan ligstoelen en er is een buitendouche. Het huisje blijft ondanks de extreme temperaturen lekker koel. De slaapkamers zijn boven en daar is airco. De badkamer is klein maar functioneert en omdat wij maar met 2 waren voor ons prima. Het was overal schoon. De familie is gastvrij en erg vriendelijk. We mochten eerder inchecken, en uitchecken wanneer we wilden. Als er wat was werd het direct opgelost en we kregen goede tips. Kortom, wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en raden Stone House Dragutinovic zeker aan!

Zoals gezegd is de badkamer klein en gedateerd maar dat hinderde ons niet.

Appt met mooie ligging, maar prijs/prestatie klopt niet

De ligging van het appartement was prima, slechts 200 m van Orahovac. Een fijn restaurant op 300 m, goed eten. De buitenruimte was heerlijk, terras met uitzicht op zee. Saska, de host, was erg aardig, echter hebben haar weinig gezien. Er waren voldoende handdoeken e.d. aanwezig.

De binnenruimte was enorm gedateerd, de slaapkamers erg klein. Voor 5 personen zou het echt veel te klein zijn. Dan is er nergens plaats voor koffers. Het 2-persoonsbed kraakte enorm bij de geringste beweging. Toilet en douche in één, super klein en benauwd, de doucheslang is zomaar ergens weggehangen, je kan er echt niet onder staan. Prijs / prestatie verhouding van deze accommodatie is ver beneden peil. Jammer om dit te vermelden, maar wel waarheid.
