Watch a movie on a 50 inch plasma TV, read a book, play a game, surf the net, or sit on the deck and chat with a cold drink in hand. Close to the Chamber of Commerce's Bar Harbor Area Information & Acadia Welcome Center, lobster pounds, gas stations, grocery store, restaurants, Bar Harbor Airport, etc. A great starting point to access any location on Mt Desert Island, Ellsworth, or Schoodic Point. Has three bedrooms, 2 full baths, a huge deck with grill, gazebo and picnic table. No smoking anywhere on the property & no pets, please.

It was even more than we expected….I don’t think I told you before the trip: my parents’ favorite vacation spot has always been Maine, but because of their age, they haven’t been back to Acadia National Park for over 10 years; so we put together this family trip so my folks could return there, and the cottage turned out to be the perfect spot for us. The host was accessible by phone and informative. The house was clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent and the showers were too. House was very near by the Acadia National park- both sides!

The Cottage is very homey, has everything someone would need. Beds are very comfortable. It is out of the way of the crazy Bar Harbor traffic, yet plenty close to get to everything very timely.
