About this house rental

Pine Ridge is hidden away in a serene wooded setting 10 mins from the Acadia National Park Entrance and 15 mins to downtown. Enjoy the park and everything MDI has to offer during the summer days from this convenient location and come back at night to gaze at the stars on the large side deck. Plenty of room for the whole family to relax inside or out with 4 bedrooms on three levels of the townhouse duplex. Check out Pine Ridge 2 for reviews from others since this one is new to AirBnB.

Large fully stocked kitchen, 9’ ceilings, Master bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as two other bedrooms upstairs that share another full bath. Large finished walkout basement with a queen bed and 2nd living room.

I live in the area so I can be available if need be with a days notice.

Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Quiet hours start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the patio past 9pm.
Please be aware of your noise level as to not disturb the guest in the other unit.
Please take off your shoes when you come inside.
