About this house rental
Recently updated Townhouse with mini splits for controlled AC or heat, all new paint throughout with replaced carpeting and beautiful finishing touches. Pine Ridge is tucked away in a serene wooded setting 10 mins from the Acadia National Park Entrance or the Bar Harbor Airport and 15 mins to downtown. Enjoy the park and everything MDI has to offer from this convenient location during the days and come back at night to gaze at the stars on the large deck. Plenty of room for the whole family!
Large fully stocked kitchen, 9’ ceilings, Master bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as two other bedrooms upstairs that share another full bath. Large finished walkout basement with a queen bed and 2nd living room.
I live in the area so I can be available if need be with a days notice.
The neighborhood is very quiet at the end of a dirt road. Its densely wooded and surrounded with wild life. A 3 min drive to Thompson Island Information Center and picnic areas (part of Acadia National Park) which have great ocean views of Mt Desert Narrows.
Hiking trails and carriage/bike roads are a 10min drive away.
Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
Quiet hours start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the patio past 9pm.
Please be aware of your noise level as to not disturb the guest in the other unit.
Please take off your shoes when you come inside.
