opravdu skvělé ubytování v samém srdci města Rovinj. Apartmán je skvěle zařízený, čistý a vybavený. Našli jsme v něm vše, co jsme potřebovali a využili. Má velmi účinnou klimatizaci a díky okenicím je možné si ložnici dobře zatemnít. Velmi nám vyhovovala poloha, která nám umožnila si naplno užít centrum města, okolní restaurace i obchody. Hostitelé jsou velmi přátelští a poskytli nám dobré rady ještě před naším příjezdem.

jen maličkost - v patře nad apartmánem bydlí evidentně dvě kočičky (nebo jiná malá zvířata) a jejich hry jsou celkem dost slyšet jak večer, tak někdy i brzy ráno. jelikož je apartmán v samém centru a na pěší zóně, je třeba počítat s tím, že parkování je o něco dál, někdy i 15 min chůze. Doporučuju si nainstalovat aplikaci bmove, kde máte přehled o blízkých parkovacích zónách a cenových tarifech.

Everything was perfect! The hosts paid attention to every detail. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the embroidered details on the bed linen and towels, which showed the care and effort invested in the property. The location is exceptional – right in the heart of the Old Town and only a minute's walk from the sea. The shared terrace was a lovely place to relax, and having a local bakery right in front of the building was very convenient for breakfast each morning. The spacious and secure parking area was a huge advantage, and the electric vehicle transport to and from the apartment made the experience even more special and stress-free. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovinj.

The only minor issue was that the main entrance door to the building was sometimes a bit difficult to close properly. However, this is related to the building itself and not to the apartment owners, who were excellent hosts.

Lovely clean modern apartment in a great location. Everything you needed.

The only negative was the noise from the upstairs apartment- every footstep could be heard and woke us up every morning around 5am.

The location is great, in the center of Rovinj. The bakery in down on the ground floor. The owner in very friendly. The beach in near.
