The property was modern with some references to traditional Japanese architecture. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We explored the local area and found some good restaurants. It was a good out of town position to explore wider Kyoto which we did thoroughly

We are very happy in this house. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. All three rooms have private bathrooms, but unfortunately one of the rooms upstairs did not allow us to use one of the bathrooms. Everything in the house is new and very clean. There are also a few drinks in the fridge available at no charge. There is a small pantry. It is convenient because there is parking in front of the house and it is only a few minutes walk to 7-Eleven.

The house is a very traditional and beautiful place. The rooms were fully equipped with a bathroom in each of them. The beds were very comfortable and easy to move around (in case someone wants to change rooms). Extremely clean. We rented a car and being able to park the house in front of the house is very useful and easy. Thanks to our transportation, it was very easy to get to most touristic places. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the house was fully isolated. The hosts were lovely and easy to reach out in case it's needed. The pictures shown here are accurate.

Our plan was to cook dinner at the house. We are 3 adults. Unfortunately, the kitchen didn't reach our expectations since it was very small. There is one pan and one pot, very few cooking materials and, most importantly, one fire. We think that in comparison to the size of the house, the kitchen is very small. There is a nearby huge supermarket to buy pre-made food.
