STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

Feb 14-16 (President’s Day)
May 23-25 (Memorial Day)
July 1-5 (July 4th)
Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
❌ No parties or large gatherings (HOA enforced).
🚯 No excessive noise or trash.
🌙 All exterior lights must be turned off between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards. A $12 fee applies. Public docks are located along Donner Lake on Donner Pass Road.

Wonderful location with easy access to town and the lake. A little old and run down, but works for a mountain getaway. We did have some issues with mice in the house.

Loved this cabin so much! Took me back to my younger days in the 90’s. Old school vibes and I appreciated that so much! Host was super sweet also! We had no issues with the cabin at all! It was super spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Will definitely be staying again! Thank you!

This house close to the Tahoe donnor ski resort. And 10 minutes drive to highway 80 and Truckee business center. Very convenient. I like the big bay window and pool table. The house decorations and equipment are little bit old but still good and clean.

Beautiful cabin in the Tahoe Donner area. Close proximity to skiing and Truckee. It was perfect for our family. Wonderful accommodations and amenities.
