Sept 5-7 (Labor Day)
Nov 26-29 (Thanksgiving Day)
Dec 24-Jan 3, 2027 (Christmas/New Year’s holiday)
❌ No parties or large gatherings (HOA enforced).
No excessive noise or trash.
All exterior lights must be turned off between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
