Each home is provided with Short Term Tenant cards that allow access to Tahoe Donner amenities. Guests have access to public amenities, including the Downhill Ski Resort, Cross Country Ski Center, Snowplay area, Golf Course, Bikeworks, Equestrian Center, and on-site restaurants. Access to private amenities such as the Beach Club Marina, Trout Creek Recreation Center, Northwoods Pool, and Tennis and Pickleball Center requires a valid Short Term Tenant Card and payment of daily access fees at the time of entry. One card is required per person, per day, for guests age 3 and older.

Private amenities require a valid Short Term Tenant Card and payment of daily access fees. Private amenities are not available to short-term rental guests during select peak and holiday blackout periods (public amenities remain available).

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Conditions were great. House was very enjoyable for the five of us who stayed here for over a month. Would highly recommend due to both the location and the home. Felt modern, clean, and in good condition.

This is a pretty house in a nice location. It easily accommodated the 6 adults and 3 children in our group. The common areas are well designed so we were able to be together and apart as we wished. The bedrooms are generous and comfortable. However two of the bedrooms had large walk in closets but no hanging bar or hangers so it was not possible to hang up anything. But here are the problems: 1) house not ready on time - cleaners still there when we arrived and they left a large basked of dirty linens in the laundry area. 2) kitchen has bottom of the line appliances - they work but many need replacing. Never had any ice; the dishwasher was barely operational; the coffee maker was about the cheapest one could buy. 3) there were dishes but the absolutely cheapest available and the silverware was mismatched and sparse. 4) There were no instructions about how the house worked, heat, garbage, etc. Every question had to be referred to the “team” who were responsive. This house needs someone to “inspect it” and make some upgrades. Probably 90% of what needs to happen could be accomplished for less than 1,000. Given the cost of the rental I was disappointed.
