The well-equipped kitchen features a gas range and plenty of space to prepare meals for the whole group. When you're ready to eat, the open living and dining areas make it easy to gather together.



The home is exceptionally convenient to Tahoe Donner amenities. Trout Creek Recreation Center and the Tahoe Donner golf course are just 1/5 mile away—a short, easy walk. Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to the entire cabin during your stay, including the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, private bedrooms, and the outdoor patio and backyard. You are also welcome to utilize the garage for parking. In addition to the private amenities within the cabin, you have access to the community resort facilities, which include a swimming pool, hot tub (at the guest rate), and gym. Please note that one owner closet is locked and kept off limits for guest use.

You are just a short one fifth mile walk from the Trout Creek Recreational Center, where you can enjoy heated pools, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center. The neighborhood is incredibly scenic, featuring the community golf course just a few minutes away on foot. For outdoor adventures, the Adventure Center and world class cross country skiing are only one point six miles away, while Donner Ski Resort is just under two miles from your doorstep. When you are ready to explore, historic downtown Truckee is a short drive away, offering charming shops and a variety of dining options to suit every taste.



Getting Around:

The home's location makes it easy to enjoy Tahoe Donner without spending your vacation in the car. Walk to Trout Creek Recreation Center and the golf course, or drive a short distance to the Adventure Center and Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. Palisades Tahoe, Northstar California, other ski areas, and historic downtown Truckee are all within easy driving distance.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* Most of the Tahoe Donner amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.

* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once. There are blackout dates on certain holidays and peak times - check with us for more details. 

* The fireplace is not included in the listing. It is not currently allowed to be used.

* The hot tub is located at Trout Creek Rec center. The home does not have a private hot tub.
