MANATEE WATCH - A marvelous waterfront 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home just a short walk away from an astonishing white sand beach. Heated pool, hot tub and a spacious dock with beautiful views of the canal. Many months each year you can watch Manatees playing around in the water. A covered patio by the pool area offers a relaxing time in this lovely home. Rent kayaks or paddle boards and explore the surrounding area. The water canal leads fast access to great fishing trips in the Tampa Bay Area and the Gulf of Mexico.

The host is excellent- very responsive to any questions or needs. The house is set up very comfortable with anything you could need there. It is a great location. Was a great week on the island- even though the weather wasn’t the best.

Olaf was a really great host. He met us at the property when we checked in and showed us everything. His communication was excellent. We absolutely loved the property. This was our 3rd trip to Holmes Beach and this was our favorite location. Everything is on the same level and perfect for our family of 3. We spent many days on the deck, pool, and spa. We were lucky to have manatees the first two days. When it got cold, we still used the pool and spa which were warm. The location is an easy walk to Skinny's, the beach, and the beach cafe down the street. We had a golf cart rented and it fit perfectly with our rental car in the garage. The property is so clean, well furnished, comfy beds and couch - we didn't want to leave! Will definitely try to stay here again the future - just a great vacation!

The property was very clean & felt bigger & brighter than the pictures showed. We loved watching the manatees from our deck every day. Very short walk to the beach & a wonderful pool & hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.
