That the staff mind their business
No fridge, Broken TV, Broken AC and the lady up front keeps trying to over charge us and recommended we not book online when we extend the stay each day...

Spacious
They asked for a 65.00 deposit and I didn’t get it back. Also rebooking is a nightmare and it’s cheaper if you rebook but the inn keep makes you leave and then come back if you booking online at 3:00pm.

I only liked that it was located near the airport.
Seemed more like an apartment complex type vibe and there was no elevators and she put me in the second floor when CLEARLY I had several large bags. I feel (not facts) but maybe 1st floor ppl live there, so if you have heavy luggage don’t some here. The lady at the desk offered to help carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. I politely declined for it would just seem awkward having a woman carry my heavy luggage up a flight of stairs. Although, said woman also had a major attitude problem when it came time to check out. There was a gentleman in line waiting to checkout when I walked up to check out, he said he had already been there for some time, after I had waited for a few minutes he began to get agitated because it’s literally not a busy place at all, he was pushing the door bell knocking on the windows and doors no answer, I went to find the lady and KINDLY said, we’ve been waiting about 10 minutes and she MOCKS ME and scuffs, looks at her wrist ( no watch on) says 10 minutes?? No when he’s indeed the gentleman ahead of me had been there longer. Also DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN..!!!!!!!! This is NOT a place for kids, lots of loud sex noises each night I was there from different room areas it sounded like. THE PILLOWS the worst ever in history, one was like plastic and loud also they were VERY THIN. I was charged a $60.00 deposit. It’s been over a week now and still deposit return. I left the room clean and didn’t damage anything. I should have received my deposit by now, I have from the hotel I stayed at AFTER this location. If they put more effort or better energy into the establishment it would make a difference.
