We stayed here July 4th week with a total of 3 families. The house was perfect and more than large enough! The backyard was perfect for the kids as they played mini golf and jumped on the trampoline every day! We went to Del Mar beach which is 10 minutes away and the house had a ton of beach toys. We grilled for dinner at night and watched fireworks on the patio! I can’t say enough about this home! It was more than perfect for our family and friends! We hope to come back again! thank you for making our trip so memorable!

This property was perfect for our large group. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The yard was fun for kids and the neighborhood was quiet. There weren't very many towels and not nearly enough wash cloths for everyone to have one. The kitchen needed a restock on simple things like can opener, steak knives, dish cloths. Bed were comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a nice home. The trampoline and all the outdoor and beach equipment was a nice perk, but for the price, I would rather have had more basic things well stocked.

This was a great location and was very family friendly. Lots of Amenities that the kids enjoyed. It was an easy drive to all of the attractions that we wanted to visit.
