wonderful experience in same unit rented for the 3rd year - 2nd bathroom and shower were done over - kitchen area very good to work in - would recommend pot holders or oven mitt for using oven - recommend more comfortable furniture for patio

This was a very nice condo located in North Myrtle.
Pros:
- Steps from the beach. There's a lifeguard station directly in front if you have little ones
- Great view from the 11th floor
- High chairs on balcony so you can see over the railing
- Nice living room area
- Big TV
- Comfortable main bed
- Fast elevators
Cons:
- Main bedroom is hard to get cool - there's even a fan back there to help out
- When I entered, I was immediately hit with a pet odor, which I was surprised since it says no pets in the complex. I actually didn't notice it much after the first day.
- Minor thing like lots of little scuffs on the walls/cabinets so it could use some TLC
- Master bath is very small so I just used the main bathroom since it was just me
Overall a very enjoyable stay during the peak season.

The convenience of Arcadian is why we choose to stay here, however many of the rentals are in dire need of maintenance, upkeep, and updated furniture/appliances.
