Oceanfront Updated/Colorful / in a Family Bldg /Good Wi-Fi/ Pool by the Ocean

Clean place, clean beach, nice neighborhood.

Apartment has great space with great amenities (no w/d in unit. It has a very large balcony that seats four and has a pristine view of the beach and the pool. It was decorated well. The security staff was friendly and helpful and all of the guest that we connected with during our stay were friendly and polite.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had no need to contact the host during our stay. Our “complaints” are housekeeping issues. The front door to the condo, the first impression, needs to be cleaned or repainted. Several towels in the kitchen didn’t appear to be clean. Our guest couple said that the mattress in the smaller bedroom needs to be replaced. The furniture is light in color needs to be shampooed. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, we bought more than what was available.

Property and condo were very well kept and clean. Beautiful view from condo, very easy drives to barefoot landing and broadway. Host communicated extremely well, and the check in process was extremely easy - a huge benefit for our autistic son. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. The only downside was the pool ended up being closed for half of our stay. They said something about the emergency call box not working so it was shutdown until repaired. They seemed to be on top of fixing it, but it wasn’t fixed in time for us before we left.

I love this condo. To me, it’s a hidden gem in North Myrtle Beach. It’s quiet, safe and has easy access to the beach and pool. I appreciate the 24 hour security and multiple door codes. It’s also very convenient to everything in North Myrtle and has an amazing view of the ocean.
