About this apartment rental
New owners in August 2020; Many upgrades to include painting of the entire condo; new flooring through out, upgraded living and dining room furniture, new décor and updated lighting. Just started renting again in October 2020.
Your family will love this 4th floor 3 bedroom 2 bath with full Oceanfront views to the North and the East.
More than enough seating in the living and dining areas with a new 60 inch flat screen. The kitchen is fully stocked and of course we provide the linens and towels.
The Master has it's own bath and comes with a King bed and a flat screen television. The second bedroom is also a king bed while the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. This is a corner property with two balconies(one Oceanfront) and two French balconies.
A one-time cleaning after rental and a Linen Package which includes: beds made with supply of Linen(fitted sheet and top sheet for each bed and sleeper sofa) Towels(8 towels,3 hand towels,6 washcloths and kitchen towels):Bar soap, hand soap supplied along with trash bags ,toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and of course all the everyday appliances.
Something about our building Arcadian II
We are a smaller high rise; Yep only 6 condos per floor. No long waits for the elevator. No running down in the morning to save your lounge chairs at the pool. These issues are never a problem at our building as we have plenty of pool chairs and great elevators. Oh and no bad locations in this building as all are Oceanfront.
Our rear door is only 25 yards to the beach! Large parking lot with spaces close to the entrance! Bellmen Carts by the front door to help you get your luggage in and out.
Arcadian Shores section is right in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach in unincorporated Horry County. Our address is in Myrtle Beach but a little distance from the crowds. If you like the crowds on occasion restaurant row is 2 minutes. Barefoot landing is a 5 minute drive and Broadway at the beach about 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend and only wish we could have stayed longer. The Arcadian Shores unit is a gem!

We were pleasantly surprised with the area where the condo is located. Check-in was a breeze and security personnel were very helpful and nice. The condo was as described, spacious and well-equipped. The appliances were older models but worked great! Very quiet location, which was wonderful for a group in their 60s. We had no issues while there. Would definitely stay here again. Very happy with our visit.

We found the condo's LR furniture uncomfortable with soiled slip covers. The kitchen was unorganized and not "user friendly" with dirty dishes and utensils in cabinets, no large trash bags, a dish towel that looked like it had been used as a cleaning rag and a wash cloth for a dish cloth. I won't even describe the electric range. :-(
Major issue when the hall bathroom toilet over flowed. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable with decent pillows. Didn't know what to make of the "balled-up" bed dust ruffle and comforter on the floor of the MBR closest floor. Most of my disappointments are of the house keeping variety as I expected the decor to be "tired" from the pictures on the website.
