Unit was pictured better than it showed. Black mold on all ac vents and not just a little. Cleaning was sub par compared to others. Hvac filter was filthy. Owner sent maintenance in to close and lock storm shutters mid rental week. Building and location very nice. Our unit just needs attention before next season.
