About this apartment rental

Situated in the heart of St Ives, just a couple of minutes from the town centre, harbour, beaches and a selection of restaurants, 3 Sunday School Court is a beautifully restored two-bedroom ground floor apartment within the historic Sunday School building. The building has been sympathetically redeveloped to combine its original character with modern comforts, creating the perfect base to enjoy everything St Ives and the stunning Cornish coastline has to offer. The apartment also benefits from off-site parking for one car.

The apartment features a large private courtyard, providing a wonderful outdoor space to relax and unwind. Furnished with a table and seating for four, it is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine after a day exploring the town or nearby beaches. Access to the apartment is via a set of steps leading up to this private courtyard, where double French doors open into the main living space.
Inside, the apartment offers a modern open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with wooden flooring throughout and gas central heating for year-round comfort. The lounge features two comfortable sofas, a footstool, a Smart TV and a Wii games console, along with a selection of games and DVDs for entertainment. The dining area includes a table with seating for four.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, an oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.

There are two well-appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and deep-sill double-glazed windows with traditional Cornish shutters. The second bedroom also features deep-sill double-glazed windows with Cornish shutters, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. It is equipped with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as either two single beds or a super king-size bed, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements. The family bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink with a storage cabinet.

Off-Site Parking for One Car - Parking is located 0.3 miles from 3 Sunday School Court. Please be aware you need to access a typical St Ives lane to park, it is easy to access with care. Access lane 2.4m wide. The parking space dimensions are 2.15m wide and 4.90m long.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Mitten im Ort und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das große Plus war die großzügige Terrasse mit schönen Gartenmöbeln. Wir haben alles sehr genossen. War eine schöne Woche.

We found this property to be well equipped in the kitchen. furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, eg we had the super king sized bed which made for a good night's sleep. All was clean and we appreciated the games etc. As in the description the parking space was down a narrow lane and there wasn't much room for manoeuvre. It was up a steep hill but parking spaces in St Ives are like gold dust. The only thing we would add would maybe be some coat hooks near the front door. Thanks for a lovely stay.
